  • NOSE

    Earthy and vegetal, yet surprisingly light, with hints of smouldering hay. Set honey, lemon rind and hints of green peppers developing over time.

  • PALATE

    Sweet and sharp initially, with plum skin and pomegranate, burning heather, white pepper, ginger and green chillies building on the tongue. Aromatic roasted agave appears alongside sweet touches of honey.

  • FINISH

    Smoother and less spicy that the palate, Tequila takes the lead here – all green herbs, bell peppers and soft florals.
